At Petcasa , we take great care to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping works within Australia.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- We ship Australia-wide using trusted express couriers such as Direct Freight Express.
- Delivery usually takes between 1 – 6 business days, depending on your location.
- As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Costs:
- Flat shipping fee of $ 7.90, including GST for deliveries within Australia.
- Free express shipping on orders over $30（TBC).
- All shipping costs include full insurance for peace of mind.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, even if you return an item.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Our delivery services are available within Australia only.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- If there are any unexpected delays, such as stock shortages, we’ll notify you right away.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
- You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.
- If your parcel is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local courier or post office first, then contact us.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, redelivery costs will apply.
